Return & Refund Policy

Vibez LLC return, exchange, and refund policy — 30-day returns on unworn items with tags attached.

Overview

At Vibez, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, Vibez LLC offers returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

The return window begins on the date your package is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Returned with all original tags attached.

Returned in original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or final-sale items, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Intimate apparel and undergarments for hygiene reasons.

Items returned without tags or in unsellable condition.

How to Start a Return

Contact us before sending anything back:

Call (555) 867-5309 or email hello@myvibez.space with your order details, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

If the exchange item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Vibez error or a defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Vibez LLC is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

These policies may be updated from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of each page when changes are made. Continued use of https://myvibez.space after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
